All slimes are a bit over-activated during Spring + Summer to avoid this but due to heated climates and shipping processing, sometimes this could happen! Don’t worry though, it can be fixed! Every package has a slime care card included as well as a borax packet to activate your slime to your desired consistency.

After making your activator recipe (be sure to store it for later use), knead teaspoons amount by poking it and folding it in the slime until your desired stretchability.

Overactivated slime has an easy fix! This can happen due to cold weather or overactivation. It can be fixed with things you may have in your house but if not, it can be bought at your local convenience store! White glue based slimes will need unscented lotion kneaded in and clear glue based slimes will need clear glycerin kneaded in. It may melt the slime a bit but don’t freak out! Keep kneading it until your desired stretchability. This action will incorporate a lot of bubbles into your clear slime. Leave it by the window (with the lid on tight) and it’ll clear up in a few days. :)

Due to the consistency of slime, dust, dirt, fur, and crumbs can cling onto it pretty easily. Sometimes our hands could have dirt, slight sticky residue from food, drinks, and sweat - so be sure to wash your hands before you enjoying your slime! ( And your friends ;P )
